PRODUCT WARRANTY PERIODS FOR RESIDENTIAL USE

Barlow Tyrie must be contacted prior to any arrangements to return any product in line with our returns policy.

• Barlow Tyrie will not be responsible for defects caused by the application of teak oil, varnish, wood stain or other cleaning product except the Barlow Tyrie range of care products.

• Barlow Tyrie strongly recommends that pressure washers are not used to clean products.

• The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear such as weathering or surface deterioration found on stainless steel, aluminium, teak, laminate, and cushion or parasol canopy products.

• Normal wear and tear is defi ned as "normal deterioration as the result of regular consumer/residential use”. The warranty does not cover dents, paint scratches, tears to fabric or fi bre. Our recommended cleaning product should be used to clean the product regularly.

• Warranty periods indicated relate to products manufactured by Barlow Tyrie only, fi ttings and materials from third parties carry the original suppliers guarantee.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused to ceramic, laminate or glass surfaces by mis-use such as impact damage or surface chipping.

• Barlow Tyrie cushions are UV resistant and should be cleaned regularly with the Barlow Tyrie recommended care products to prevent accumulated dirt becoming embedded in the fabric. The cushions are not waterproof and the warranty does not cover damage should the cushions become saturated with water.

• Please note that over time, teak will naturally weather from golden brown to a silver grey colour.
